the sleeping area. The colour TV has M/net and this unit has a radio/CD
player. Our biggest unit downstairs has a fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen
is open plan with the lounge. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge area
as well as two single beds on a wooden deck. |

The large property is on the edge of town and the feel is definitely country.
It
is 4800m2 in size but the views on the surrounding farms and mountains
contribute to the country feel and space, giving you the perfect base from
where you can explore the wonders of the Cape or to simply relax after
doing good business in Cape Town. Two nearby dams on a public open park
offer a short and safe walk to the ducks. We now have wild rabbits that
are just about constantly playing around on our property. The guinea
fowl, "dikkoppe", Egyptian Geese and other birds add to the country feel,
tortoises are also frequent visitors lately. With similar sized and larger
estates surrounding us, we have peace and quiet, with no traffic noise,
as we are right at the end of a cul-de-sac. |
