Sommersby
Guest House, Bed & Breakfast, Morningside, DURBAN Sommersby is a charming
Edwardian house, lovingly converted into a bed & breakfast in 1995.
Many of the original features remain: wooden floors, high ceilings and
fireplace, which help create a 'home from home' atmosphere. We are
ideally situated in the Morningside area, directly opposite the Windermere
shopping centre which has an internet café, shops such as Checkers,
Milady's, Clicks and also ABSA, Standard Bank and NBS branches. The
Musgrave shopping centre and CBD are only 5 minutes away. We are 2km from
the main beaches, Sun Coast Casino and even closer to Greyville Racecourse,
Durban Country Club and Royal Durban golf courses. Kings Park (ABSA Stadium)
and Kingsmead Cricket Ground can also be reached in a few minutes by car.
Breakfast is included in the price and can be a continental, health or
full English - whichever you prefer. Breakfast is served Monday -
Friday 7am-9am and Saturday-Sunday 8am -10am. Breakfast can be served either
in the breakfast room or on the patio if you wish and the weather permits.

Avenue No. 20 - Bed and Breakfast, Queensburgh, DURBAN One of our guests wrote
in our Guestbook “Rooms smart and clean — very restful’ and that is what
we strive for at this B&B which has four lovely bedrooms. Situated
in the Suburb of Queensburgh, West of Durban, and close to the freeways
(M3 AND N2), giving easy access to the Airport, Durban and surrounding
suburbs, we are easy to locate. Four bedrooms are all en-suite, three
have air conditioners, and all four have overhead fans, alarm clocks and
TV. The bedrooms have safes. There is a cosy lounge for meeting
with other guests, or for relaxing in. A swimming pool is set in the tranquil
garden, and an ample breakfast can be served on the patio overlooking the
pool and garden, or in the dining room. There is a refrigerator in
the dining room, which is for use by the guests. There is tea and coffee
available in the dining room 24 hours day. We are not licensed. Parking
is on the premises behind electronic gates, under an awning. Nearby
is a large shopping complex, with restaurants and take-away facilities.
The Pavilion is approximately 11 minutes drive from here.

and fans. Our freestanding 3 Bedroom guesthouse consists of one twin
bedroom and 2 double rooms (both airconditioned) , one has an enclosed
verhanda with an extra bed suitable for children.
Windsor
B&B/Self-Catering, WESTVILLE Windsor B&B is only
ten minutes drive from Durban. The large double story family home has a
large swimming pool and a squash court, and is set in tranquil surrounds
in central Westville. We have secure parking on site within electronic
activated gates. A choice of suites is offered, twin beds or a king
size double bed, each with en-suite bathroom with shower and separate entrance.
The large 'upstairs' suite is on two levels, has one king size double bed
leads onto a sundeck and has a fully equipped kitchenette at the lower
level for complete self catering. The bedroom has an air con unit, hi-fi
system and a ceiling fan. The 'downstairs' twin bed suite is on one
level has an adjoining lounge (with bar fridge, warming oven) and leads
onto a manicured garden. The bedroom has a air con unit and a ceiling fan.
All suites have coloured TV (DSTV, M-Net), radio/alarm clock, hairdryer
and a coffee/tea making facility. A laundry service is available and a
private suite phone on request.
