in Durban. It is within walking distance of Greyville Racecourse, Avondale
Spar, Argyle Road Spur, Florida Road with all its pubs and restaurants
and Windermere Shopping Centre. The beach is only a quick drive away. All
the rooms have ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and
en-suite shower. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom.
There is a separate guest toilet downstairs. The lounge and dining area
is open plan with a flat screen TV and selected DStv channels. The duplex
is fully alarmed and have parking available for two vehicles, one in the
garage and one in a secure, open bay. The duplex is not serviced daily
but will be serviced once every five nights should your stay be longer
than five nights, and this will include a change of linen. The duplex is
thoroughly serviced upon a guest’s departure. |
