Rates
quoted for the One Bedroom Suites are as follows:
Per
person per night, inclusive of Breakfast and VAT at 14% but exclusive of
1% Tourism Promotion Levy.

Child
Policy:
"No
age restriction. 50% of all suite types have a sleeper couch in the
lounge. If children U/12 (max 2) share a one bedroom suite with their
parents and use the sleeper couch, they share for free and are only charged
for meals. Third adult (12 yrs+), max 1 are charged a supplement of R250
(or prevailing rate).
If
children share a two bedroom suite with their parents and use the second
bedroom, they are charged the same rate as adults-the per suite rate applies.
If children U/12 use the sleeper couch in the two bedroom suite, they share
for free and are only charged for meals. This applies where there
are already 4 adults in the suite. Fifth adult (12 yrs+), max 1 are charged
a supplement of R250 (or prevailing rate).
For
infants (less than 1 year old) a cot is available on request and by prior
arrangement at no extra charge.

Cancellation
Policy:

All cancellations
will only be accepted upon written confirmation thereof.

Pre-payments are
not refundable under any circumstance if the cancellation occurs within
21 days prior to arrival date.

The hotel reserves
the right to retain the pre-payment as cancellation fee, should we be unable
to re-sell the room.

In the event of
no-shows or premature departures, we will be obliged to charge for the
full extent of the pre-booked stay.

All credit card
guaranteed reservations will be billed in accordance with the above policy
without further notice.
