Sport, Newlands is situated in a modern, secure complex within walking
distance of Newlands Rugby and the Sports Science Institute of South Africa.
It is also close to the University of Cape Town (UCT), Cavendish Shopping
Centre, Newlands Cricket Ground, SACS School, and Montebello. Easy access
to the highway makes any part of Cape Town accessible.

Ground Floor 1 bedroomed, open plan unit is sunny and light with a private
garden with mountain views. Look out onto the mountain from the comfort
of your bed! Doors open to the patio where you can indulge in a leisurely
breakfast, that early morning cup of coffee or an evening braai! |

centre, where papermakers, potters, weavers and jewellers have their studios.
There is an original working forge and two quality gift and craft shops.
After browsing enjoy a light lunch or tea and cake at the Gardener's Cottage
under two magnificent camphor trees. Near Newlands Rugby ground is the
historic Josephine Mill, named after the Swedish queen by Anders Ohlsson
who founded the mill and a brewery in South Africa. Nearby is Melissa's
for buffet lunches with homemade quiches, salads, and tarts. |

linen and towels are provided.
The
unit is fully serviced twice weekly – an extra Cleaning service is available
at R150.00 per day if required.
