Bradclin
Beach is situated within a secure complex in Blouberg, a stone’s throw
from Big Bay’s beautiful beach where you can swim, kite-surf, surf, sun-tan,
walk for hours, or just read your book. This beach is safe for swimming.
There are a number of good restaurants in the area, some practically on
the beach plus numerous shopping centres in the vicinity.
Blouberg
is a year-round destination and is very close to all the tourist attractions
that Cape Town has to offer or for those just seeking peace and quiet,
visit in the off-season months for a different slant on life in the Cape. |

| This
unit consists of 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed,
a dressing room with ample cupboard space, fully en-suite with bath and
shower plus doors to the balcony for that world famous view of Table Mountain.
The
second bedroom has 2 single beds and ample cupboard space. A second full
bathroom is situated next to the 2nd bedroom.
The
lounge is equipped with a corner lounge suite in brown leather and a dining
table which seats 6, TV and DVD player. Doors open to the patio.
The
kitchen is open-plan with oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster,
kettle, crockery etc. The unit also has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
A Weber Braai for the patio means stunning sunsets while cooking – who
could wish for more!
The
garage is tandem so will take 2 cars easily plus there is room for your
bicycles, surf-boards, wind-surfer etc for those who prefer an active holiday!

2007
This
unit sleeps 4 only, either 4 adults or a family with 2 children.
No
additional overnight visitors are allowed.
Bookings
run on the RCI Timeshare system – either 7 nights starting Fridays, or
3 nights starting Fridays, or 4 nights starting Mondays.
Check-In:
14.00hrs – 18.00hrs – keys to be collected at Bradclin House, Pinelands.

Deposit R1500.00
Check-Out:
10.00 am
All
linen and towels are provided.
The
unit is fully serviced once weekly – an extra Cleaning service is available
at R150.00 per day if required.
