situated near Boulders Beach, Simon’s Town, with a 180° view of False
Bay stretching from Muizenberg in the north to Cape Point in the south.
Felsensicht is a 4 star, ultra-modern, large, attractive and wonderfully
comfortable home.
It
is beautifully furnished with all mod cons. All necessary linen, cutlery,
crockery, glassware, pots, pans etc are provided.

We
are a 2-minute walk from Fisherman's Beach and a 20-minute walk from the
world famous penguins. We can accommodate up to 6 persons in 2 double rooms
and 1 twin room. The accommodation is self-catering. Children are welcome.

arrival, you may enjoy a cup of tea or coffee from our kitchen store. We
provide our guests with a welcoming bottle of good Cape red wine. Guest

Our
caretaker is on hand throughout your stay to assist with queries or questions
you may have.
A complementary
cleaning service is provided once a week.
We
have two secure lock-up garages and a security company looks after the
safety of our home and guests. |

Holiday Home Rates 2010
Rates
are quoted per day for the house (max. 6 persons):
High
Season (October to April 2010 – excluding Peak Season period): R1870.00
Low
Season (May to September 2010 – excluding Soccer World Cup): R1320.00
Peak
Season (15 December 2009 to 15 January 2010): R2350.00
2010
Soccer World Cup (1 June 2010 to 31 July 2010): R2585.00
Peak
Season (15 December 2010 to 15 January 2011): R2585.00
A 30%
non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your booking. The
remaining 70% is required to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A refundable
"breakages/loss" deposit is requested in the form of a cheque, to be kept
in trust and destroyed (or returned to you, should you prefer) approximately
1 week after departure, following a successful inventory count. A special
waiver regarding the "breakages/loss" deposit is in place for overseas
visitors.

is a non-smoking establishment. We do ask you to sign our non-smoking
agreement which forms part of our Client Information form. |
