Beach is approximately 5 minutes to the beach, 20 minutes from the Airport
and 15 minutes to the City Centre, V&A Waterfront and Table Mountain.
It
is one of the fastest growing areas in the Western Cape, there are over
100 Restaurants, shops and live entertainment within a 5 minute drive.
The
Self Catering apartment has its own Lock-up parking, own entrance, private
garden and BBQ. The pool is in the main Garden which is also heated.
An
excellent breakfast is available on request. |

The
owners have been in the hospitality industry for over 7 years and service
to Guests is their Number One priority.
The
owners will arrange Golf Tour's, Car Hire, daily Tours to Safari Game Parks
and other places of interest.
Apartment
has a complete kitchen and also TV, Satellite, Microwave, Safe and access
to internet.
Owners
also speak German. |

studio sleeps 2 (Queen-size bed, 1 single bed).

Our luxury
apartment has a separate entrance making it totally private. Bathrooms
ensuite, TV, MNet and satellite channel, complimentary tea and coffee facilities.

Please
note that option A & B share 1 bathroom

This apartment
will be serviced once a week or when necessary, should you require a maid
it can be arranged for R120.00 a day. Bathrooms and bins cleaned daily.

Towels
for the pool and bathrooms will be changed every 2nd day unless otherwise
requested. Grass mats and umbrella's provided for the beach.

Start
the day the healthy way, with a health breakfast in our sunny dining room
overlooking the main garden (for B&B Guests only).

We do
not have Credit Card facilities, deposit of 50% payable to secure booking,
final payment on arrival.

Cancellations:
* Bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date.
* Deposits are non-refundable.
* Please note that once a reservation has been made any changes (such as
a reduction of days or changes of dates or change of room type) is deemed
a cancellation of the original reservation and as such the deposit is forfeited
- the application of it to the altered booking is entirely at our discretion.
Changes such as additional days are not deemed cancellations and therefore
if the accommodation is available the deposit is carried forward.
* In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice
prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total
booking value will be charged. If you are concerned about the possibility
of cancellation you are advised to take out Travel Insurance.
A deposit of
50% payable to secure booking, final payment on arrival. We do not have
Credit Card facilities
At Weekends there
is normally a requirement for a minimum of 2 nights stays. However please
ask for availability of 1 night stays.
During August
and New Year a minimum 3 Nights Stays is normally required.
Standard Check-in
is from 2pm (14.00) and no later than 8pm (20.00). For pre advised and
unavoidable arrivals after 20.00 - arrangements can be put in place. For
arrivals before 2pm (14.00) luggage can be stored.
Check out Monday
to Friday is by 10.00am ~ Saturday and Sunday by 10.00am; an extended checkout
may be available by arrangement.
We do not hold
ourselves responsible for and damages or loss to your property, nor do
we hold ourselves responsible for any injuries sustained while staying
with us.
