Bay. Situated just a few minutes walk from Santos Beach, Munro's Bay and
yacht club. The Post office tree and Diaz Museum complex are virtually
on our doorstep.
Shops,
restaurants and banks are within walking distance and a shopping centre
and cinema only a 5 minute drive. We have safe underground parking and
a lift.

bedroom is en-suite with double bed and second bedroom has one single bed
and a bunk bed. Open plan kitchen and living area with sliding doors leading
onto outside veranda with barbeque. Living area includes leather couches,
flat screen TV, DVD/CD player and DSTV decoder. You need to bring your
own decoder card. Kitchen equipped with all modern and necessary amenities
- stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine/dryer.
We
supply linen and bath towels. You only need to bring beach towels. Stunning

Bay has a moderate climate and is therefore the ideal holiday destination
throughout the year. It is perfect for those who long for lazy, sun-drenched
days in the sun and for the more active in search of adventure.

Gouriqua is only 45 kilometres from George airport and 3 hours drive from
Cape Town. We are only one hours drive from Oudtshoorn, the Ostrich Farms
and the Cango Caves.

Bay isn't called 'Bay of Attractions' for nothing. In fact, as a stopping
point on many Garden Route tours, we like to think we have it all! Embark
on a game drive and see the Big 5 in a malaria-free area. Ride on elephants
through the Botlierskop Game Reserve. Take a boat trip to nearby Seal Island,
which approximately 3000 Cape Fur seals call home. Seal Island is also
ideal for dolphin viewing and whale watching (from July to November). If
you'd prefer to stay on dry land, enjoy 24km of sandy beaches washed by
the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. The Garden Route Casino and the prestige
Pinnacle Point golf course, voted one of the ten best new golf courses
in the world, are less than 10 kilometres away. |

adrenalin junkies, there is plenty to keep you occupied on your Garden
Route tour's stop off in Mossel Bay. Experience bungee jumping, bridge
swinging, abseiling and South Africa's current favourite for thrill seekers,
shark-cage diving and scuba diving! For the less adventurous nature lovers,
the Oyster Catcher Trail is an eco cultural hiking trail along the coast
from a Khoi San cave in Mossel Bay ending at the Gouritz River mouth. Finally,
for a truly unique way of whale watching, embark on a helicopter ride over
the town and the bay.
Mossel
Bay is South Africa's historical gem in South Africa. Visit the Museum
Complex where most famously, the Maritime Museum houses a life-size replica
of the Dias Caravel boat. Other must-sees are the Cultural Museum, the
Shell Museum, the aquarium and the ethno botanical garden containing the
500 year old Post Office Tree. |
