Utopia
is set in a Nature Reserve, please note that Utopia is neither a game lodge
nor a pleasure or holiday resort and the units are Sectional Title.
We
offer basic self-catering accommodation in A-framed chalets, sleeping up
to six guests each. In keeping with a bush experience, there is no electricity,
but there is a fridge, stove, geyser and lights are run off gas which is
very efficient.

| However
battery operated lights has been fitted to some of the units. All cutlery,
crockery, pots and pans are supplied. Duvets, duvet covers, pillows, sheets
and blankets are also supplied but towels are not.
There
are tennis courts, swimming pools and a kiddies playground on the common
use area of the reserve. Whilst you are welcome to use these facilities
please bring your own racket, putter and balls. We are close to Sun City
and Pilanesburg. Visit The Sterkfontein Caves which now enjoys world heritage
status.

Great
Outdoors: Utopia is not a holiday resort or a lodge, it’s a Nature
Reserve. Marked trails take one through every changing scenery which is
breathless. A full round trip could take 3 hours. As this is a nature reserve
one should watch for snakes & scorpions.

View can accommodate up to four guests, the upstairs bedroom has queen-size
bed. Downstairs is open plan lounge, kitchen, private bathroom consisting
of bath, basin and toilet, small separate bedroom with single bunk beds.

Chalet x 1 - Self-catering
Our
river chalet is a thatched chalet and has a separate bedroom downstairs
with 2 single beds, upstairs is an open plan room separated by the stair
well. On the one side is 2 single beds, on the other side a queen size
wrought iron bed. Accommodation is provided for up to 6 people.
