This beautiful Tudor style
house was built in 1895. The woodwork, stained glass windows and many of
the building materials were imported from England.
The pressed beams and a sweeping
stairwell to the upper level have an English colonial ambiance enriched
by the African Art and Persian carpets throughout the house. A secluded
swimming pool with a braai area leads to a beautiful garden which loves
to be strolled in. Birds frequent the garden with exotic plants and indigenous
trees.
CORPORATE: Our establishment
has been open for over four years. Our largest clientele is the corporate
market with many repeat clients and companies. Understanding the businessman's
needs whilst travelling with a high standard of service from the time of
arrival till departure.
We also offer a Lapa with
braai facilities to sit with colleges after a hard day's work. Tudor Palms
has secured off road parking with electric fencing.
With Westville being the
epicentre of Durban, approximate travelling time: Around Westville and
Pavilion Shopping Centre five minutes, Airport, Durban, Pinetown, Springfield
and Umhlanga in between ten and twenty minutes. There are restaurants within
a 1km radius. Your friendly hosts are on call for any queries, or to help
you feel at home whilst away from home.
A must see Midlands Meander
meanders into the Hills of Natal and stop off at a few of the beautiful
farm stalls and antique shops
Visit the Sharks Board out
in Umhlanga for a tour and shark dissection. Whale watching and dolphin
watching. Deep Sea fishing with a professional fisherman on his catamaran.
Business Traveller: Our
main market since 1998 has been for the business executive. We have WIFI,
access to ADSL and fax machine. Our rooms have desks and bar fridges.
