at Christina’s has recently relocated from Florida Road to its stunning
new premises at The Westville Hotel. Totally focused on attention
to detail, this modern, sixty seater dining establishment prides itself
on serving classical, simple and eclectic food that combines a variety
of differing flavours.
Run
by the Christina Martin School of Food and Wine this cookery institution
also trains and educates young up and coming Chefs in an operational environment,
where they are able to observe, participate and contribute to the business
as a whole.

rooms are en suite, with a either a shower or bath, and an extensive range
of customised toiletries are available for your convenience.
The
rooms are decorated with appropriate period furnishings however modern
conveniences have not been spared and televisions with selected DSTV (satellite
viewing), individual air-conditioning and direct-dial telephones ensure
the utmost comfort and relaxation for our guests. All rooms are serviced
daily by our well-trained and friendly staff, and room service is available.
