Splendour Guest House is located in the beautiful semi rural area of Noordhoek.
However it is only a 30 minute drive from Cape Town's CBD and close to
the Peninsula's scenic wonders.
There
are three apartments that all have separate entrances leading onto a private
patio with braai/barbeque facilities and into the garden. There is one
double apartment with a bedroom and kitchen/living area.

other double apartment is a large room with twin beds, kitchen and living
area all in one. The third apartment is the largest and best suited to
a family of four. It has a large bedroom/living area and another room with
a single bed and a sleeper couch.
All
the rooms are light, airy and well equipped. There are TVs in each apartment.
The
property is an acre so there is a large garden with a pool and swings for
children. |

Activities
& Attractions in the Area:
Sunset
Splendour is in walking distance to the Longbeach Mall making shopping
for food and supplies easy. It is a 5 minute drive from the beautiful Noordhoek
beach and Chapmans Peak Drive.
Three
minutes down the road is Noordhoek farm village a quaint shopping/craft
village with two great restaurants and play area for kids.

| Boulders
beach with the penguin colony is a 10 minute drive. Noordhoek is situated
half way between Cape Town and Cape Point, so it is perfectly situated
for scenic peninsula outings.
It
is 30 minutes to Cape Town, Table Mountain and the Waterfront and 30 minutes
to Cape Point and its surrounding desolate coastline.
