apartment is sea facing and has sea views from the open plan living area
and the main bedroom. The unit consists of 2 double bedrooms that come
with the highest standard of bed linen on the market. There are also two
bathrooms, one en suite, and a large entertaining and living area.
A private
patio is also attached to the unit and is a wonderful area for evening
functions. There is a communal fresh water pool for your use that overlooks
the whole of False Bay.

apartment has one dedicated undercover parking bay and there is a private
parking bay for the exclusive use of St James Terrace Residents.
The
unit comes with TV (DSTV on request), dishwasher, micro wave, large fridge
and freezer, two large couches and a dining area for eight.

bedding arrangements are as follows: King bed in main room with the option
of two single, double bed in the second bedroom and two double futon sleeper
couches should they be required.
