This large self-catering
house with a pool and sea view is fully furnished with TV, DVD, DStv, microwave,
dishwasher, fridge, freezer and bar fridge.
This is one of the few private
houses that get rented out with a swimming pool, so for those windy days
enjoy swimming in the seclusion and privacy of the back garden. The kitchen
area is downstairs and is open plan with a large sitting room/dining room
area. There is a double room and one twin room with a shower and w/c.

| Upstairs there are three
doubles, two of which are en-suite and one bunk bed room, which sleeps
four. There is a large family bathroom with bath and shower.
The upstairs TV room has
a sea view and lounge sitting area which is perfect for pre-dinner drinks
and watching the passing travel or the sea. The large braai room with built
in braai is perfect for a braai with large table and chairs.

The house is situated between
Main Beach and Roman Beach. It has an outside shower, just what you need
after a trip to the beach. Children are welcome, the house is very child
friendly. The downstairs area is large which provides ample area to run
around in should the weather keep you in doors. There is a travel cot and
high chair available for use, also a toy box filled with various toys for
your little ones. The bookshelf has a selection of games, puzzles, colouring
in books, crayons and books.

| Linen is provided but you
do need to bring your own towels.(By special request towels can be provided
for overseas visitors. House trained pets are welcome. This is a non-smoking
house so please only smoke outside. The house is fully alarmed with garden
beams and a panic button with a security company quick response, which
hopefully you will never have to use.
