Set at the foot of Signal hill in a quiet Green Point Street, you will find an oasis nestled in a suburban jungle.

The Point B is conveniently situated within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront, Green Point market, The New Green Point Stadium and various restaurants and bars.

Designed for comfort, a home away from home, we offer 5 ensuite bedrooms,all with their own private entrances, luxury aromatherapy products, hairdryers, heaters, fans, crisp linen and towelling. Generous Continental breakfast served.

An excellent start to any day and a wonderful base from which to explore the Cape....or simply relax around the pool.

Traditional style meets modern charm. Point b offers 2 double or 3 twin rooms allowing you to have individual attention.

All rooms are en-suite and have their own private entrance from an outdoor patio or pool area. Rooms are equipped with TV, hairdryers, tea/coffee making facilities, bathrobes and specialised aromatherapy toiletries.

Dinners and packed lunches also made available. Dinners on request.

Pool towels, beach towels and beach umbrellas provided.

Bookings need to be guaranteed with a credit card number, expiry date and security number (Visa/MasterCard: last 3 digits on the reverse of the card or Amex: 4 digits on the front of the card).
Alternatively you may pay by bank transfer, please ask for details.

Kindly advise approximate time of arrival (and flight number if applicable). Check-in no later than 15:00hrs (unless by prior arrangement). Otherwise deemed 'no show'.

Please be aware of the cancellation policy:

More than 60 days prior to arrival: 25%
Between 30 - 60 days prior to arrival: 50%
Less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100%

(100% cancellation/non-arrival fee applies for the period: 15 December - 15 January)
