Acres is situated in the amphitheatre formed by Table Mountain's back table,
the Twelve Apostles and the Constantiaberg Mountain ranges. Facing north
it captures the sunshine and has a view of trees and mountains uninterrupted
up to the sky.
The
large sunny pool is on the doorstep while the garden has many shady trees
to relax under with a book.
The
Modern Pool House comprises three double bedrooms all en-suite furnished
with comfortable twin beds, a large upstairs lounge opening onto the sundeck
with uninterrupted forest views. The well appointed yellowwood kitchen
with dishwasher, washing machine oven hob microwave and miniature garden
is downstairs with easy access to outdoor living, the pool and patios.
An
Indoor braai 'binne braai' doubles as a cosy winter Log Fireplace in the
enclosed dining patio off the kitchen. Large sliding doors open out to
the Pool. Enjoy easy access to Hout Bay & Llundudno beaches and the
Cape Town Waterfront is only 20 minutes away. The Constantia wine route
is on the doorstep. Hout Bay village has a supermarket and its own Fishing
Harbour with many restaurants to choose from - seafood - steak - pizzas
and pastas as well as burgers and salads.
For
the smaller families we have the Orangekloof Cottage which is open plan
with queen-size bed and large double bunks, kitchenette and cosy lounge.
The view from here is breathtaking. Honeymoon couples will enjoy the Yellowwood
Cabin tucked away in the trees with secluded deck and a glass roofed bedroom.
