The house has an open plan living room with an adjoining dining room of 39 m2. The living room overlooks a 45m2 terrace with spectacular sea views, where you can enjoy sundown's, El fresco meals or get a sun tan. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave and all utensils to prepare your own meals. A laundry with washing machine is in the passage way. On the same floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with twin beds and cupboards. Across the first bedroom is the bathroom, with bath (handshower), and toilet. The second bedroom has a en-suite shower and toilet. The first two bedrooms have seaviews. Behind the dining room you'll find a staircase leading to the fourth bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. At the lower level there is a double garage.
