visit with us and relax in our Koo Paradise, near Montagu. Relax with a
stroll around our Working Fruit Farm and Mountain Retreat. We're halfway
up the stunning Langeberg Mountain Range and you may hike or mountain bike
up the other half if you wish. We also have a amazing Quartz Mountain Trail
for you to tackle if you dare. If all this sounds like a little too much
fun, you can have a relaxing swim in our mountain water dams. We have two
for you to choose from - a natural dam and a solar dam.

is welcome and you can choose from larger, family-sized, couple-sized and
honeymoon style accommodation to camping. We have something for everyone,
Our
accommodation is self-catering, open plan and fully equipped with all you
need to cook indoors or outdoors. Just bring your food, your sunscreen
and yourselves.

Almond
Tree Cottage x 1 - Includes: Self-catering
Come
and relax in our larger, family sized, self-catering cottage. Sleeping
a family or group of six to seven people, Almond Tree has a private entrance
through an almond orchard, with private stoep and outside braai. Relax
with a glass of wine on your stoep and enjoy stunning views of the Langeberg
Mountains. Almond Tree is self-contained and fully equipped with a hob,
fridge freezer and microwave. All linens, crockery and utensils are provided.
Just bring yourselves and your stresses to be soothed by our relaxing atmosphere.

If
you forget something, we have a shop on site for basic provisions. Almond
Tree is designed for easy living with open plan sleeping, living and kitchen
area. There is an en-suite, shower and freestanding bath bathroom, indoor
fireplace and outside braai. The open plan sleeping area has two single
beds and a couch bed. There is a bedroom with a double bed for Ma and Pa
and one couch bed for a youngster. A travel cot or stretcher bed can be
provided for an extra child or adult

Apricot
Suite / Honeymoon suite x 2 - Includes: Self-catering
Apricot
Suite is a very romantic honeymoon suite. It is a self contained unit,
part of the 1906 original farmhouse with a seperate entrance. It is open-plan
with a fully self-contained kitchen, four-poster bed and indoor fireplace
and outdoor verandah and braai area. The bathroom boasts a double shower
and free-standing bath with wonderful views over the Langeberg Mountains.

Campsite
x 5 - Includes: Self-catering
Our
campsite is situated in a Pine Tree forest and has five campsites surrounding
a central entertainment area and ablution block with hot showers. It is
away from the main farm and very peaceful and quiet. During the day one
hears only the birds and at night one can spot deer, rabbits and porcupines.
Each site has its own braai area or people can braai in the lapa. The area
is shady and the ground is of soft river sand.

| The
campers are welcome to use all the facilities available on the farm which
include two dams that one can swim in and the Oasis lapa which overlooks
the dam where one can also braai.
There
is a walk one can do directly from the campsite which is a wonderful bird
watching opportunity. A shop is available on the farm for forgotten items.
There is no electricity available.

Pear
Tree Self-catering Cottage x 1 - Includes: Self-catering
Offers
an open plan sleeping, living area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped
with a microwave oven, fridge, solid plate hob as well as crockery, and
cutlery. The cottage can accommodate up to two adults (one double bed)
and two children (two benches) and all bedding is supplied. The benches
are perfect for young children at an additional cost of R80 per child per
night. There is an en suite bathroom with a shower and an inside fireplace
and outside braai. It overlooks a dam and the majestic Langeberg mountains
and the farms pear orchards. There are numerous geese and ducks as your
neighbours so we regret no pets are allowed.
