Come
and relax in our secluded cabin, enjoy the silence, look for the fairies,
swim in the farm dam, take a hike in the mountains, do some bird watching,
watch the stars and full moon through the trees at night and explore the
surroundings. Just the right recipe for recovering from a hectic life.
We
offer a self-catering cabin (3m X 6m) with four beds (2 pairs of stacked
single bunks) and cooking nook stocked with utensils and crockery. Separate
ablution facilities with hot water (2 x flush toilets, shower, hand basin,
sink).

electricity, but gas lights, gas stove, gas hot water geyser. Cleaning
agents. Barbecue and grid. Wood for sale. It is preferable to have a high
ground clearance vehicle (not necessarily 4 x 4).
Bring
with you: food (one gets hungry in the woods) bedding, towels, bathing
costumes, hiking shoes, warm clothes in case of bad weather, mountain bike,
and a book to read. We have limited cell phone reception.

The
cabin is nestled in the Langeberg mountains 10 km outside Robertson (nearest
shops) and approx. 180 km north-east of Cape Town. A map and directions
will be provided when you book. Rental vehicles are available at Cape Town
International airport. We’re looking forward to meeting you.
