The houses each sleep 6 people comfortably, have 3 bedrooms (main en-suite), 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and both with a shower, under floor heating and heated towel rails.

Arrangements regarding booking

With regards to cancellations: Bookings cancelled prior to the ‘non-cancellation’ period (peak seasons 3-months prior to arrival and all other times 2-months prior to arrival); deposits will be refunded less a 10% handling fee. Bookings cancelled once entering the non-cancellation period will not receive a refund of deposits paid. In the event of a non-arrival or late cancellation, the Lessee shall be liable for the balance of all monies due in the terms of this agreement. A credit will only be passed in the event that the premises are re-let.
