style living in town, we are fortunate to have something really special.
The large property is on the edge of town and the feel is definitely country.
It
is 4800m2 in size but the views on the surrounding farms and mountains
contribute to the country feel and space, giving you the perfect base from
where you can explore the wonders of the Cape or to simply relax after
doing good business in Cape Town.

| Two
nearby dams on a public open park offer a short and safe walk to the ducks.
We now have wild rabbits that are just about constantly playing around
on our property. The guinea fowl, "dikkoppe", Egyptian Geese and
other birds add to the country feel, tortoises are also frequent visitors
lately. With similar sized and larger estates surrounding us, we have peace
and quiet, with no traffic noise, as we are right at the end of a cul-de-sac.
We also have Mr Delivery, KFC, sushi, movies, shopping centres, a casino,
golf course and wine estates right on our doorstep.

Spoil
your partner at one of the wide variety of excellent restaurants we have
in the area. Tyger Valley Shopping Centre, 8km away, has 46 restaurants
to choose from. New features: ADSL internet line with Wi-Fi and CCTV in
general areas, for your and our safety. Trojan & Reebok: Set aside
a few minutes per day for the treadmill and Orbitrek. Not a very serious
exercise experience, but it ensures that you do not feel too guilty when
over indulging in the excellent food and wine experiences of the Cape.
Swimming pool and pool patio now installed, have a braai under the big
tree with the reed wind & sun screen surround and simply relax. |

single beds and a single sleeper couch. The unit has a full bathroom with
bath and shower. The outside door of the unit leads onto the pool patio.

The
unit is a private, more luxurious, 1x bedroom suite with a fully equipped
kitchenette in the large living area. The bedroom has a double bed and
there are 2x single beds and a double sleeper couch in the living area.
The unit is ideal for 6x persons. Private exclusive use bathroom in unit
with a seperate luxury bath, separate shower and separate WC. Ceiling fans,
electric blankets on beds, heater, hair drier, TV with DSTV in living area,
kitchenette with large fridge, micro wave oven, toaster, 4 plate gas hob,
kettle, pots, pans, cups, glasses, all equipment required for braai, etc.
Full service per arrangement. Private undercover courtyard and the double
external French doors lead out onto the pool patio and also provides direct
access to the unit. Braai (barbeque) facilities available. NB: Also ideal
for a Honeymoon couple on their own!

The
unit is a private 2x bedroom flatlet with a fully equipped kitchenette
in the living area and a private bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
The bedrooms have 2x single beds in each bedroom and a double sleeper couch
in the living area. Linen and towels provided. The unit is ideal for 4x
persons, but can sleep 6 persons in total. It has a paved and reed enclosed
private patio area for outside entertainment on one of those perfect days
in Cape Town. Braai (barbeque) facilities available. Safe parking at your
front door. Lawned area for the kids to play.Ceiling fans, electric blankets
on beds, heater, hair drier, TV with DSTV in living area, kitchenette with
large fridge, micro wave oven, toaster, 2 plate electric stove, kettle,
pots, pans, cups, glasses, etc. and all equipment required for braai. |
