Kommetjie
is a suburb of Cape Town located some 35 km from the city centre, in the
heart of the Southern Peninsula. Here you will enjoy fantastic scenery,
the peacefulness of the village atmosphere, and the intimate contact with
nature.
The
cottage is separate from the main house and is set in a garden environment,
on the water's edge. The cottage is suitable for two guests, but if required,
an additional two people can be accommodated upstairs on a mezzanine floor
in two single beds.

en-suite bathroom consists of a shower, hand basin and toilet, and the
lounge area is adjacent to a fully-equipped kitchen. Barbecue and Weber
facilities are available and off-street undercover parking is also provided.
Even
though it is a small village, Kommetjie has most amenities such as a mini-market,
restaurants, pubs, Internet cafe, post office, laundry, and petrol station.
Large malls and other services can be found some 8 km away.

Relaxing
is hard to avoid, but once rested, nearby activities include surfing, kayaking,
fishing, bird watching, beach walks on the famous Noordhoek Beach, extensive
mountain walks, and mountain biking.
Of
course the treasures of the Southern Suburbs such as the Cape Point Nature
Reserve and historical Simons Town are all on your doorstep.

of this and you are still only 40 minutes away from the V&A Waterfront
and Table Mountain, via the beautiful Chapman's Peak Drive, and the Winelands
of Stellenbosch.
