Chart
Manor consists of two separate self contained dwelling, a main cottage
and a bachelor flat in Salt Rock on the picturesque dolphin coast, Ballito
area of KwaZulu-Natal South Africa. Both dwelling have sea views and are
a mere 100m from the fully netted and life guarded bathing beach.
The
main cottage sleeps four and consists of two large bedrooms. Main bedroom
with queen-size bed and second bedroom with two three-quarter beds with
the main en-suite and dressing room, a second bathroom, an open-plan fully
appointed kitchen with microwave oven, breakfast nook and lounge area with
DVD/CD player, DStv decoder for use with own Smart Card - Please
note, if your smart card is married to your decoder you will have to bring
the smart card and decoder to view DStv programs, all rooms lead onto a
large covered balcony 12x3 metres with sea views and lock up garage.

rooms are equipped with overhead ventilator fans. There is a fenced in
courtyard with a barbeque, concrete table and benches.
The
bachelor flat is in the open-plan configuration with a fully appointed
kitchen with micro wave oven many more. bedroom with double bed with a
sleeper couch in the lounge area for young children, lounge with DVD/CD
player, DStv decoder for use with own Smart Card.

Please
note: If your smart card is married to your decoder you will have to bring
the smart card and decoder to view DStv programs, leading onto a covered
patio with sea views, and separate bathroom consisting of hand basin, toilet
and shower.
The
apartment is also equipped with an overhead ventilator fan. There is a
barbeque area off the patio and lock a up garage.
