James Terrace is a beautifully appointed block of apartments situated on
the spectacular False Bay coastline. It is a stones throw from the vibrant
fishing village of Kalk Bay and is within easy walking distance of Dangers
Beach and literally overlooks Dale Brook tidal pool. In the latter parts
of winter whales find protection and frolic in the deeper waters of St
James, you can watch this in the luxury of your own apartment. The
apartment is sea facing and has sea views from the open plan living area
and the main bedroom. The unit consists of 2 double bedrooms that come
with the highest standard of bed linen on the market. There are also two
bathrooms, one en suite, and a large entertaining and living area. A private
patio is also attached to the unit and is a wonderful area for evening
functions. There is a communal fresh water pool for your use that overlooks
the whole of False Bay.

James is conveniently positioned to Cape Town airport, the Constantia winelands
and Cape Point. Sul Mare House is a few steps from the Indian Ocean
and set amidst an indigenous garden that is beautifully lit at night. St
James beach is a stone’s throw from the property, with fascinating rock
and tidal pools for swimming. The private and designed Sul Mare Cottage
with completely separate entrance is also available for rental. Rental
is by the day, week, or medium term for a private stay. Sul Mare house
has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 people, and extra 2 single beds for children.
Sul Mare cottage has 1 bedroom and sleeps 2 with additional 2 beds in lounge
area.

in 1918 this home has retained some features while being refurbished with
modern in facilities. Gevels (Two Gables) is situated halfway between
Kalk Bay and Muizenberg and offers a spacious and luxurious home optimizing
the uninterrupted sea views while being in close proximity of all tourist
attractions False Bay (and Cape Town) area has to offer.
