dune which is virtually 30 m from the high tide mark, with just the boardwalk
and a few steps between you and an unspoiled white beach. The villas overlook
the Saldanha Bay and the Langebaan Lagoon.

twelve fully equipped guest suites are located on the beachfront with floor-to-ceiling

on the second and third floors. This makes for prime seats during the whale
season, or be the first to spot sea life, the rare oyster catcher or water
sport enthusiasts.

Villas is perfectly situated to have the best of two worlds - you can either
spend time on your own in the private and tranquil setting of the guest
houses, or engage in a variety of activities located within walking distance
of our own beach bar, a sought after yacht resort, a marine terrace, conference

bathroom and an adjoining twin room with a balcony, which does not face

fridge, and coffee and tea-making facilities.

Standard Suites offer a small double room with large sea facing floor-to-ceiling
windows, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a shared balcony with
