Welcome
to Beach Haven which is located on one of South Africa's premier golf estates,
Prince's Grant. This secure estate is located on the Dolphin coast overlooking
the Indian Ocean just 45 minutes north of Durban.
This
three bedroom house, which has sparkling ocean views from almost every
room in the house, comfortably accommodates six people. The house is also
located at the end of quiet and secluded Sandhills Road and is just steps
away from miles of unspoiled beaches.

| Beach
haven has two rooms with queen size beds and one room with two single beds.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning. Quality white linen and towels provided.
Just bring beach towels.
The
master bedroom is en suite. There is one family bedroom with walk-in-shower
and large bath with sea views and one guest bathroom on living area level.

The
open plan L-shape kitchen, dining and lounge are with stunning sea view
is located on the second floor. Kitchen is fully equipped. TV with full
DStv provided. There is a DVD player and selection of DVDs. A lap top safe
is available for guests.
A covered
snooker/pool table, cues and balls are available on ground floor. The outdoor
terrace features a private pool and six seater-tables for outdoor dining
and two pool loungers. Weber gas braai with bottled gas provided.

is a pool light and garden lights in surrounding natural bush for evenings
on the terrace. The house has two covered car ports and one garage.
The
house is serviced three times weekly and can be serviced daily on request.
A baby-sitting service is also available in the house. Curries, samosas
and other Indian foods can be brought to the house at extra local charge.

Prince's
Grant has been ranked one of the top 20 golf courses in South Africa and
Golf Digest has rated the estate as "a 5 star golf experience". There is
a squash court, tennis courts, communal swimming pool and children’s playground
on the estate. Prince's Grant Lodge has a relaxing bar called Mulligans
and restaurant called Bunkers.
