Situated
on a peaceful small holding we offer cottages for self-catering holidays
and weekends. And now also suites and cottages for Bed and Breakfast, or
self-cater. All our accommodation is different and we try to accommodate
all our guests, in family, and pet friendly two bedroom cottages.
The
quaint Rose Cottage is our honeymoon suite, and luxury suites and rooms
for couples only, with fireplaces for cold winter nights, including our
Bed and breakfast rooms, and fans in the summer, fully equipped for self-catering,
breakfast is always an option.

| All
rooms have TV, some digital, en-suite bathrooms, braai facilities, licensed
and have a stunning rock pool, were views are wide and stupendous and you
look straight up onto Mount Champagne and Cathkin.
During
the day in our immediate area enjoy horse riding, fishing, walks, hikes
19km away , falconry, white water rafting, bushman paintings 25km bird
watching, local crafts, golf, bowls, Drakensberg Boys Choir School Concerts.
Trout
Fishing in private dam just walking distance across the road, and Bass
fishing about 5km away.

Do
a half or full day trip to Amphitheatre, Northern Drakensberg Area, Cathedral
Peak, Injustice, Giants Castle - famous for bushman paintings, the battlefields
route, visit Spioenkop Game Reserve and Winterton Village and Museum.
When
you are pleasantly tired in the evening choose from three restaurants or
four hotels for evening meals, or braai at your cottage while you plan
your next day , we are happy to assist you with this be it a local outing
or offer you advice if you are travelling onwards.

Bed
and breakfast Rooms x 2 - Includes: Self-catering
Each
of our bed and breakfast rooms open up onto the front verandah and have
views overlooking the rock pool and mountains. Either single beds or queen
size beds are offered. Each has full en-suite bathrooms. A tea and coffee
tray is provided and a bar fridge with some drinks, as we are licensed.
Each room has a fireplace for cold winters, and bathroom heaters, and ceiling
fans with remote control for summers. TV is provided, with limited DSTV
programmes.

Suite x 1 - Includes: Self-catering
Its
an upstairs unit suitable for couples, or two single people, The main attraction
is he size and the magnificent views from every window, but particularly
from the verandah. There is a fireplace which warms the entire room fast
and a heater in the bathroom, and two ceiling fans for the summer months.
DSTV with limited programmes is provided and a CD player. Suitable for
two people but an extra bed can be added. Either self cater or Bed and
Breakfast is offered.

Garden

A
very attractive suite with one open plan room, with a queen size bed, TV
with some DStv channels available, a gas heater, full bathroom. It opens
out onto its own garden with braai area, and has a small kitchenette, with
A two plate stove and microwave, bar fridge, toaster and kettle. Suitable
for couples only, and either self cater or Bed and breakfast is offered.

Rose
Cottage x 1 - includes: Self-catering
A
really romantic cottage, used for honeymoons and romantic holidays. It
stands on its own with a roses all around and is private.There are oregan
prune sach windows and door, and it is well and comfortably equipped. Stunning
views of the Drakensberg Mountains from the verandah and braai area off
the verandah, it has one bedroom and seperate bathroom with corner bath,
seperate shower and toilet. Full catering facilities are provided with
a four plate gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge. There is a large fireplace
in the lounge and DSTV limited programmes. Suitable for couples with perhaps
a child on a sleeper couch in the lounge.
