near Longbeach in Kommetjie. 5 Pelican Place offers a choice of two apartments
situated within a minute walk to the beach.
Pelican
Beach Apartment is refreshingly warm, light and spacious. It is perfectly
suited for entertaining and sleeping a group of four to six guests in comfortable
luxury and style. Children are welcome and we will happily provide a comap
cot and stroller on request.

generous interior consists of a beautiful main en-suite bedroom with a
queen size bed and direct access to the garden, a second bedroom with two
single beds, a second full bathroom and a double bed in a romantic nook
set back from the lounge and discreetly tucked away behind organza curtaining.
The lounge has a double sleeper couch, suitable for a child or small adult.
The sunny lounge and dining room, with open-plan kitchen, leads into a
secure garden with beautiful oregon pine furniture, a large trampoline
and sea views. There is secure off-street parking for two cars.

To
add to all the basic comforts of a fully-equipped home, we offer DStv,
a music stereo, a VCR, washing machine, dish washer, coffee making facilities,
microwave oven, a stove and a library. Top quality beds with feather duvets
and cotton bed linen, fluffy bath towels and a healthy dose of sea air
ensure a wonderful vacation.
We
also offer the Balau Beach Studio Apartment on the same premises. It is
a quaint and cosy African nest for two, situated within a minute's walk
to the dunes. Curl up in this quiet corner after a fun-filled day in the
Cape. |

doors lead from the double bedroom into a quaint courtyard garden with
barbecue facilities and secure undercover parking. There is an open-plan
lounge and kitchenette, with a bathroom that has a shower. The unit is
fully-equipped and caters for light travellers and their sporting gear.
We provide linen, bath towels, a music stereo, TV, a beach umbrella and
a laundry service.

Cycling,
hiking, boating and surfing with your host, Jeremy, can be arranged. Hire
our sea-kayak, surfski and wetsuits and head out for some great fun. Close
to us are horse stables, world class surf spots, bird watching, diving
and a reptile park. Explore our unique coastline on horseback or walk along
the 8 km beach towards Noordhoek. There are many outstanding restaurants
located within a five minute drive. Connoisseurs of fine wines, exclusive
golf courses and wine estates will be able to access these luxuries within
a 15 minute drive from Kommetjie.
