one Queen or two King sized rooms, one of which opens up into a private
garden where you can enjoy the luxuries of an outside shower.
Built
in 1858, the spacious building boasts high ceilings and comfortable proportions.
This historical establishment offers the following facilities: ceiling
fan, heaters and hair dryers in all bedrooms and a honesty bar, tea and
coffee making facilities and a cosy lounge area to share where you can

booking accommodation at 20 on Church, we require your credit card number,
the expiry date and the 3 digit number found on the reverse side of your
card together with the authorization to deduct a 50% deposit from you.
Payment
and Cancellation Policy

booking: a deposit reasonably reflecting the amount of booking is taken

Cancellation
before arrival:

30 days
prior to arrival: 75% of the deposit is refunded
-
21 days
prior to arrival: 50% of the deposit is refunded
-
7 days
prior to arrival: accommodation plus breakfast will be charged in full.

In the
event of a no-show, the credit card given as guarantee for this booking
will be debited with one night‘s accommodation plus meals booked.
