Africa. Our apartment lies just metres from the sandy beaches, shops and
restaurants.

Ipanema is a self-catering apartment with two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms,
upstairs fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room with DStv.

unit has a private patio with braai area, complex has communal pool and
braai area and a lock-up garage for one car.
The
unit can sleep four people at a very maximum and no pets are allowed. No
students or bookings where all persons included are under the age of 25.
A minimum of seven day bookings during high season.

The apartment is two minutes walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Secure
with 24 hour guard at entrance. Linen and towels provided, not beach towels.
